Exterior Wood Siding Restoration

This Rodeo residence required a complete exterior overhaul after years of sun exposure, moisture, and peeling paint had left the wood siding in need of serious attention. The existing paint had lifted and cracked across multiple faces of the home, creating both aesthetic and weatherproofing concerns.

Our team began with a thorough inspection of each surface, identifying areas of soft wood and damage that required repair before any paint work could begin. All failing paint was removed down to bare wood using a combination of scraping and power tools, followed by light sanding to prepare a clean bonding surface.

A high-quality exterior primer was applied uniformly across all prepared surfaces before two finish coats were applied using premium weather-resistant exterior paint. All trim, fascia, and detail work was completed with care, and the finished project stands as a lasting improvement to both the appearance and protection of the home.
