Our Commitment

Pasion Painting Inc wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. We are working to make the public pages perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Those guidelines are the technical standard commonly used when evaluating website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III.

Conformance is an ongoing effort. New pages and third-party tools are reviewed as they are added.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and empty alternatives for decorative images.
  • Keyboard access for menus, dialogs, forms, and slideshows, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Form labels, required-field cues, error messages, and autocomplete for personal information.
  • Color contrast that does not rely on color alone, including text placed over photographs.
  • Slideshows that can be paused and that respect the reduced-motion setting.
  • Page titles that describe the page, and links that make sense on their own.

Known Limitations

A few parts of the site depend on other companies. We do not fully control their markup:

  • The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. We give the widget a name, but some of its internal controls are provided by Cloudflare.
  • Service-area maps use Leaflet and OpenStreetMap. The same cities are written out in text on those pages, so the map is not the only way to find them.
  • This website does not currently publish video. If video is added, we will provide captions and a transcript.
  • This website does not offer downloadable PDFs. If a PDF is added, we will also provide the information in HTML or another accessible format.
